You really think this game is only 50 missions? If you want chapter 3 patched into the game you need to hit zero nukes the right way. 15,000 nukes in a few days is obviously not legit. The developers were not stupid enough to make it so you could just unlock Chapter 3 by cheating your way to it. What you unlock gets patched into the game. You cant hack the servers to try to do it. People in here like to look for this and that high and low when the answer has always been the same and clear as day. You cant have chapter 3 if you don't reach zero nukes on your regional server.
